Reba McEntire dishes on ABC’s renewing of Malibu Country: ‘We haven’t heard yet’

Reba McEntire brought a new sitcom to ABC and the fans loved it. The latest Friday night show for the network was Malibu Country featuring the country star along with a slew of top named celebrities. While the season is over, the cast (and fans) are still waiting to see if the show will be renewed for another season. The question is on everyone’s mind and Reba McEntire let everyone know on Friday there has been no decision handed down by the network yet.

“We haven’t heard yet if we’re going to get another season on @Malibu_Country. Keep your fingers crossed or make a call or two,” tweeted Reba McEntire from her official Twitter account on Friday.

Most fans really hope that the star’s show is renewed. Reba and the rest of the cast worked so hard to make the show happen that the short run doesn’t seem fair to the stars or the fans. Plus, it’s a show that the entire family can watch and appreciate on prime time.

While the fate of Malibu Country is left in the hands of executives at ABC, the fans are hoping the show goes on. It’s another great show for ABC and it deserves to be renewed.
