FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Speaking at a graduation ceremony at Imam Hossein (PBUH) military training University, the Leader said the growing might and stature of the Iranian nation is the outcome of their resistance and steadfastness on the divine path.
“The progressive Iranian nation will continue to swiftly move towards further advancements and the realization of justice in the decade of growth and fairness, as the hegemonic and oppressive front is on the decline, despite its superficial boastings,” said Ayatollah Khamenei.
The Leader also praised the resistance of the Iranian armed forces during the eight-year Iraqi-imposed war in the 1980’s and said the experience gained in those years must serve as a guiding light for the future.
During the ceremony, which also marked the anniversary of the Iranian city of Khorramshahr’s liberation from the Iraqi military occupation in 1983, the chief commander of Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari, presented a report on the status of the IRGC and the Basij forces.
