Note from Morphonios: In this video I mentioned that Russia was trying to get the OPCW to come investigate the chemical attack. Sweden wrote up the proposal and Russia pushed the proposal in the United Nations – but in the last several hours, the USA, France, Poland and the UK voted AGAINST the investigation and the proposal failed. Thanks to the United States, there will NOT be an investigation into the chemical attack to verify if chemicals were even used.
