A 90-year-old woman from the NSW south coast has been charged with high-range drink driving.
The elderly woman was stopped by police conducting roadside breath-testing along the Princes Highway at Bateman’s Bay at 10.15pm last night.
She returned a positive reading of 0.230 and was arrested at the scene.
The woman has been charged with failing to supply a breath analysis after she failed a breath test at the police station as well as driving under the influence.
She will face Moruya Local Court on October 7.
