Yes, you did read that right. Your whiteness, your privileged position in the western world, is causing stress and anxieties to black women in European and American countries. You, as a white person, are causing what is called an ‘unmanageable allostatic load’ upon a black woman. Of course these could be blatant acts of racism of which we are aware, however they are mostly not, and because of this, that racism might even have to be pointed out to the black affected person, as they did not even notice it themselves.
Being black in America is bad for a woman’s health. Why? Chronic racism over the lifetime of African-American women affects their birth outcomes.” (Taylor, 2009, thegrio)
These negative outcomes are apparently due to our micro aggressions towards black people, but the blatant acts by our past and living relatives, as well as ourselves, are also a cause, because through generational ‘weathering’ a constant stress has been put upon a person throughout their life, which has effected the pregnancies of blacks, their children and grandchildren, passed down from mothers to daughters, with stress from racial discrimination beginning in the womb.
Racism, and its ability to increase the odds that a pregnant mother will deliver her child early, can kill. There is also evidence that racism can alter the capacity for a child to learn and distorts lives in ways that can reproduce inequality, poverty and long-term disadvantage, the studies found.” (Ross, 2013)
The physiology of sexist and racist oppression, pages 108-109 explains fully the ideas of racism upon Black pregnancies, how it occurs generationally as well as currently. These few pages are worthy of a read if you are interested in this subject.
After writing a previous article on steroid injections for pregnant women who are supposedly at risk of pre term labour, I saw that African American women were on every “at risk” list I viewed. This got me curious as to why (silly naive me). I mentioned it to my partner and he said that black women and Asian women have less gestational periods than white women. So, I looked into it and it appears that women of Black descent, regardless of if they are in their own country or not, are pre-term in comparison to white European women.
Palel et al (2004) found that, “Black and Asian Women may have shorter pregnancy duration compared with white European Women.” The compiled research found that whilst looking at Black , Asian and White women throughout Britain, that “This research suggests that normal gestational length is shorter in Black and Asian Women compared with white European Women and that fetal Maturation may occur earlier”. The evidence to support their conclusion is that there is often meconium in the waters of Black Women when they are pre term. Meconium is when a child has loosened their bowels into their amniotic fluid. Of course, you got me – it is because baby is stressed, not mature, silly racist me! However, these babies who are pre term with meconium in the water can hold their heads up within a day or two. The physical strength differences in White and Black infants is quite astonishing, proving without a doubt racial differences do exist.
I am sure a lot of people may know that there were gestational differences, but I did not. More so, I did not know that white people were a linked contributing factor, which pissed me off a little considering, being 36 years old, my brainwashing (sorry, schooling) raised me to be colour-blind, to think black people were cool, friendly and in fact possibly smarter and definitely better than me, and I should go home and lecture my family about their out of date racist ways, whilst swooning over my posters of Will Smith and Warren G, and playing Snoop Doggy Dogg in some rebellious act of freedom for them. I was essentially over loving, out of being handed a plate full of misplaced slavery guilt, which has remained with a lot of lefty libtards who are yet to see that they were duped.
According to WHO, highest pre-term babies by Countries (at rates of 100 live premature births) are: Malawi at 18, Comoros at 16, congo at 16, Zimbawwe at 16, Equatorial Guinea at 16, Mozambique at 16, Gabon at 16, Pakistan at 15, Indonesia at 15 and Martama at 15. Notice anything similar about these countries? Like ethnicities?
Also these countries have fairly high teen pregnancies, for example, Malawi had 143 births per 1000 to girls aged 15-19 in 2011, Nigeria had 118. I mention this because one correlating factor I noticed between black women and premature births was teenage pregnancy, and that after having one premature pregnancy the likelihood of having another premature pregnancy is higher. If the second pregnancy is in the teenage years this will then become a high risk for extremely premature births.
whereas the racial disparity in extreme pre term birth could be partially explained by disparate access to medical care or other environmental variables, our data suggest that the proposed genetic component of pre term birth may be a greater etiological contributor than previously recognized, because racial differences in preterm birth severity and recurrence persist in this cohort, even after adjusting for known medical and socioeconomic confounders” (Kistka ZA-F et al, 2007).
So Kistka and others, after compiling their study, believe after ‘adjusting’ environmatal factors from the study, that genetics were the main contender of Black women having consecutive pre term babies. Black mums are also more likely to have ‘more than one’ (1998, Center for Law and Social Policy) in their teenage years. According to this study, it is 26.7%, in comparison to white girls who are 19%. I would not contribute teenage pregnancy as being the only factor, but I believe it is one very worthy of highlighting, since statistically there are more risk factors upon a Black Woman than a White Woman because she is sexually active earlier, in African, European, and American countries. Earlier activity obviously leads to earlier pregnancies.
By the time Black females are 20 years old, 67% have been pregnant at least once (Joined Economic Comitee, 1994). Birth rates for Black teenagers varied by state, ranging from 103.9 per 1000 15-19 year olds to 217.9 per 1000, as compared with a range of 46 per 1000 to 105.6 per 1000 for white teenagers (Center for Disease Control, 1993)” (Kagawa-Sinegr, 1996)
Although numbers have declined since the nineties I have taken this quote because we need to understan those years, which brought about the ideas we have today. The ‘environmental factors’ like racism, which are deemed pre term risk factors, were discussed (invented) at the time when those were the birth statistics for teenagers. Our Jewish elites and paid idiots (some willing, others unfortunate) will gather ‘philosophical wisdom’, better known as bullshit, that claims conclusions of ‘whiteness’ (otherwise known as theoretical nonsense) to give black people ammunition in their hatred for us… sorry, not us, the social construct of whiteness.
Correlating stress factors are domestic abuse, overall family violence, low incomes and lack of education, and being pregnant and facing single parenting. As I said, this could all be explained with the terms ‘white oppression’, creating an overall stressor upon Black people as a whole in their low socio economic status. So everything on their list of contributing risk factors can be directly put back to the white man’s privileged oppressive society, in retarded theory land.
I would also like to touch upon the discrepancy of overall pregnancy lengths. A huge research study found that “gestation varied by as much as 37 days…five weeks of variability” (BBC News, 2013). The average Premature Median being 33 weeks for a White women and 31 weeks for a Black Women (coincidentally there is about the same gap in normal gestation differences).
Do we really know enough about gestational periods anyway? Researchers were rather shocked to find the five week difference. Of course when a child is born we can see if the baby needs support; this is a noticeable sign that a child is not ready. What I am asking is, are we wise enough about pregnancies overall? Statistics can be misleading because of this lack of knowledge. Just how many Black Women at high risk are being given harmful corticosteroid injections, multiple courses for something that is naturally occurring within their race? Harming themselves, and their baby sometimes weekly, with toxins that effect the mortality rate and health of infants after birth and for life.
My conclusion here is that we do not know as much as we think we do, and it has been hypothesized that racial discrimination is one of many causes, which in consequence has been jumped on, not just as one environmental factor, but THE environmental factor by a lot of angry black people. There are a lot of blogs and books out there shouting about how white Europeans are causing Black women’s pregnancies harm and that all black people should be aware of this, because even if they do not see it themselves, whiteness must be pointed out.
