Five farmers in the midwest are suing the federal government because of the loan forgiveness program that excludes White people. They claim this requirement that participants be non-White amounts to a violation of their Constitutional rights.
The lawsuit states:
Were plaintiffs eligible for the loan forgiveness benefit, they would have the opportunity to make additional investments in their property, expand their farms, purchase equipment and supplies, and otherwise support their families and local communities. Because plaintiffs are ineligible to even apply for the program solely due to their race, they have been denied the equal protection of the law and therefore suffered harm.
White people are never afforded equal protection under the law. We are actively discriminated against based solely on the color of our skin through affirmative action quotas, diversity quotas, critical race theory indoctrination, and all of the anti-White garbage spewing through the media every day.

According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Green Bay Thursday, the American Rescue Plan provides $4 billion to forgive loans for socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers. But “socially disadvantaged,” the lawsuit alleges, are only those who are Black, American Indian, Hispanic, Alaskan native, Asian American or Pacific Islander, not white.
Adam Faust, who owns Faust Farm in Chilton, said:
It was just out and out racist, and I really don’t think that there should be racism allowed in the federal government at any level!”
Faust goes on to bring up how people all over would be up in arms if it was any other group being discriminated against due solely to their race.
I don’t see where they’re gonna be impacted any different than anybody else. I’ve never seen any government program based solely on that. I mean, if it would’ve been against any other race, everybody would’ve been onboard and would’ve been complaining immediately!”
It’s almost impossible for people not to notice the double standard anymore, but most people are too afraid to say anything about it, and some even think it is completely justified.
The farmers are being represented by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, whose lawyers filed the suit on behalf of the white farmers. Deputy counsel Daniel Lennington laid out how completely anti-White the federal government is:
That’s literally what the law says. If you’re not white, you get the benefit. If you’re white, you do not get the benefit.”
The federal government is not just doing something that is illegal, but are complicit in White genocide. They are “deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.” This cannot be argued.
This must be stopped.
