The moments when athletes achieve greatness are one of the best parts of the Olympics. Who can forget Kerri Strug’s perfect landing, despite an injured leg, at the 1996 games in Atlanta?

Maybe you haven’t dashed to the finish line within a millisecond of your competitors or made the perfect, splashless dive, but personal conquests happen each and every day — and you’ve likely experienced one or two.
