On Wednesday, she and 47 others were arrested outside the White House. “It is incumbent upon us as citizens who show up, stand up and take actions,” Hannah says. “The polls show that the majority of people in this country are very, very concerned about the climate crisis and want action. The only way that is going to happen is if we insist on it. President Obama has said ‘push me.’ Well, we need to get out there and push him.”
