FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda 51-year-old Kimberly McCarthy has been scheduled to die by lethal injection at 6:00 pm local time on Tuesday, in the US state of Texas, for the murder of an elderly woman.
McCarthy was implicated for the robbery, beating and stabbing of 70-year-old retired college professor Dorothy Booth in a city near Dallas, in 1997. She has also been linked to three other murders.
McCarthy is among 10 other women on death row in Texas, but the only one scheduled for execution.
McCarthy’s lawyers asked the Texas governor and Dallas county district attorney to modify the execution date, citing that Texas adopts a law allowing death-row inmates to appeal on racial grounds, considering that the inmate is African-American and all but one of her 12 county jurors were white.
In a study conducted by the Federal Bureau of Justice Statistics, women make up about 10 percent of homicide offenders nationwide from 1980 through 2008.
Since 1976, the US has executed 12 women, with four deaths taking place in Texas – the country’s busiest state for executions. More than 1,300 male inmates were executed nationwide in the same period.
