The next hearing was set for May 21. She was due in court Saturday in the eastern city of Kharkiv, AP reported.
Currently, Tymoshenko is on hunger strike to protest alleged abuse in a Kharkiv prison and also is suffering from debilitating back pain.
She accused “three strong men” of punching her in the stomach before taking her to a state hospital.
The former premier was sentenced in October to seven years for abusing power while she was in office. She has denied the allegations.
On Friday, thousands of her supporters marched through the capital Kiev to mount pressure on the government to release the opposition leader.
