At least seven chartered flights have been sent to Pakistan, holding 350 to 400 Pakistanis whose asylum requests in the UK were refused.
The UK Border Agency (UKBA) has declined to discuss the issue of the flights until they have been confirmed to have landed in the Asian country.
The British Home Office claims that it only deports people who allegedly face no risk of torture, but Human Rights Watch stresses that the UK government is ignoring the worst possibilities.
A team of Pakistani origin lawyers in the UK, known as the Association of Pakistani Lawyers (APL), have raised concerns over the chartered flights of the people deported and the quickly arranged travel documents to allow such deportations.
This comes as the Conservative party, which is leading a coalition government, stands by right-wing policies to tighten all sorts of immigration in the UK.
Recently, the UK government threatened to deport over 2,500 foreign students, who are studying at London Metropolitan University.
