FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Today, the U.S. House of Representatives voted in favor of the XL Keystone pipeline project, in an attempt to bypass executive authority.
For the past six years, the proposed pipeline project has been under review by the State Department. But legislation introduced by Louisiana lawmakers is pushing for the completion of the project, which they say will boost that state’s economy.

President Obama commented on the pipeline prior to the vote at a press conference in Myanmar, ABC reports:
“Understand what this project is: It is providing the ability of Canada to pump their oil, send it through our land, down to the Gulf, where it will be sold everywhere else. It doesn’t have an impact on US gas prices.”
Rebecca Leber at New Republic describes the comments as “Obama’s strongest statement yet against the Keystone pipeline.”
Environmental groups have long fought against the pipeline and are calling for a veto. Danielle Droitsch, Canada Project Director at the Natural Resources Defense Council, said in a statement, “President Obama has ample reason to veto this measure, saying no to the Keystone XL pipeline—not only for now, but for all time.”
