Two 55-year-old men have been killed in separate road accidents in Western Australia overnight.
A Perth man was driving a school bus on Railway Parade in suburban Mount Lawley when he crashed into a railing shortly after 6:00pm.
The bus hit a Western Power transformer, cutting electricity to hundreds of homes and businesses in Mount Lawley and Maylands.
The driver was taken to Royal Perth Hospital but pronounced dead after his arrival.
Meanwhile, another 55-year-old man has died after he was hit by a car in the Pilbara town of Roebourne.
The man was walking along Cleaverville Road about 7:15pm when he was hit by the vehicle.
