The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, which is contained within the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) for Fiscal Year 2013 (section 1078 (a) amended the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 and the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1987, allowing for materials produced by the State Department and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to be available within the United States. Sandy Hook was not actually authorized by changes to Smith-Mundt since the legislation didn’t become law until July 1, 2013 and the Sandy Hook event took place on Dec 14, 2012.
One could speculate that the FEMA drill and capstone Sandy Hook event had already been set to trigger on Dec 14th but an unexpected delay in the bill’s authorization caused FEMA and DHS to proceed without legal authorization.
Fiscal year 2013 for the federal government began on October 1st, 2012 followed by the Sandy Hook Hoax on Dec 14, 2012.
Although the event was a hoax, most historical references refer to it as a real shooting. Wikipedia is a good example of how fake history is contaminating cultural, scientific and historical timelines by re-writing history with lies.
