FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda Members of the Signs of Victory Caravan started the trip on Monday after months of negotiations with Egyptian authorities in control of the border with Gaza.
Malek Zahi, secretary general of the Arab Youth Foundation in Tunisia, told Press TV that the goal of the convoy is to show that “Tunisian people will not forget the Palestinian cause.”
Israel denies about 1.7 million people in the besieged Palestinian territory their basic rights, including the freedom of movement and the right to decent living, work, health and education.
Olfa Kaabashi, a medical doctor who has traveled twice to the Egypt-Gaza border, said the Tel Aviv regime is preventing “even medical assistance from getting to Gaza.”
“It is worse than racism or segregation. It is an unjust and inhuman behavior of the Zionists.”
Moez Bhiri, another member of the Signs of Victory Caravan, said the goal of the group is to break the Israeli blockade imposed on Gaza.
“It was supposed to go on January 14 and I hope that Egyptian authorities will not complicate the procedures as they did over the past two months.”
