In Teheran, the daily paper Keyhan, of which the director is no other than the spokesperson of the Supreme Leader, provoked and sharp controversy. According to the paper, the Iranian Foreign Affairs Minister, Mohhamad Javad Zarif, and the president, cheik Hassan Rouhani, would be in the middle of a serious disagreement concerning to way to dialogue with the United-States.
Mr. Zarif supposedly would have disapproved of the telephone conversation of 15 minutes, between the Iranian and American president, as well as the prolonged meeting with the Secretary of State John Kerry.
Although M. Zarif denied theses allegations, Keyhan maintained them. The minister later declared being drained by this affair, and was admitted to the hospital.
The comments allocated to Mohammad Javad Zarif aren’t the only critics that the president has yet received. The General Mohammad Ali Jafari, commanding officer of the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution, while congratulating cheik Rohani for his diplomatic initiative, has qualified the telephone exchange of a ’’tactical error’’.
