A teenage boy has been stabbed in the stomach in Sydney’s southwest.
The 17-year-old approached police on the Hume Highway at Casula on Sunday shortly after 5pm (AEST).
The boy had sustained multiple stab wounds to his abdomen and was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he is undergoing surgery.
He is believed to be in a critical condition.
A crime scene has been established on Geraldton Street in Prestons and police want witnesses to come forward.
