A teenage boy has been stabbed during a brawl at Parramatta in Sydney’s west.
The melee erupted at the Argyle Street bus interchange about 8.30pm (AEST) on Monday, the third stabbing incident involving teenagers in the past 24 hours.
A 17-year-old boy suffered a stab wound to his buttock, while two other men, aged 19, suffered head and arm injuries.
The three teens were taken to Auburn Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The stabbing incident took place at the same bus interchange area where 22-year-old apprentice chef Patrick Crowe was fatally stabbed on July 8.
Police are reviewing closed-circuit television footage of the incident.
The latest stabbing comes a day after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed at the Carnes Hill Shopping Centre, in the southwestern Sydney suburb of Horningsea Park.
On Sunday afternoon, a 17-year-old boy was stabbed four times at Geraldton Street in Prestons, also in Sydney’s southwest.
