Important COVID vaccine news update: Lancet Autopsy Study Finding 74% of Unexpected Deaths Post-COVID Vaccine Were Due to Shots is Reinstated, Drive to China Cashless Society Heats Up

Bloomberg News reports on June 17, 2024 in “Kansas Sues Pfizer Over Covid-19 Vaccine’s Safety, Efficacy”:
“Kansas on Monday sued Pfizer Inc., accusing the pharmaceutical giant of misrepresenting the safety of its Covid-19 vaccine and violating the state’s consumer protection law.
The lawsuit was filed by state Attorney General Kris Kobach in Kansas District Court, Thomas County. The suit alleges the drugmaker misled the public when it said it had a safe and effective Covid-19 vaccine.
Pfizer said its vaccine would prevent the transmission of Covid-19, even though the company knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of the virus, according to the lawsuit.”
In what reads as a compendium of all the illegal, amoral, and unethical things that could possibly be done by a drug company, the Attorney General of Kansas and other state attorneys general, in a multi-state lawsuit, are alleging that Pfizer:
- Destroyed reams of important clinical trials safety data for its COVID vaccine by “unblinding” controls, which renders trial data meaningless for the purpose of determining safety in the long run. Anytime the defendant destroys evidence in a civil trial, the jury is allowed to infer the evidence goes against the defendant.
- Implied, in April 2021 and other occasions, that the vaccine was safe for the immune compromised and pregnant women, when these categories had been specifically excluded from participation in clinical trials
- Contended, in public statements and marketing literature, that the shots stopped transmission of the virus, and called the unvaccinated “criminal,” even though no trials had been performed which proved this. One piece of marketing literature was a Marvel Comics comic book meant for children.
The historic lawsuit is filed around the same time that The Lancet, the most prestigious medical journal in the world, has reinstated a previously censored study of all available autopsies on persons suspected of having died as a direct result of taking the COVID vaccines. The study, “A Systematic Review of Autopsy Findings in Deaths after COVID-19 Vaccination,” includes among its authors Yale School of Public Health Prof. Harvey Risch, MD.
On May 3, 2023, world renown pathologist Professor Dr. Arne Burkhardt delivered a presentation at the EU Parliament in which he concluded, using extensive microscope slide images taken in his lab, that the COVID vaccines were a main culprit in many of the excess deaths now being seen around the world. Dr. Burkhardt died in an accident a few weeks after his presentation.

The complaint against Pfizer filed by Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach is 179 pages long with exhibits.
Shocking allegations, supported by extensive citations to studies and other documents, follow one upon the other in possibly the most devastating documentation to date of Pfizer and FDA alleged wrongdoing, extending far beyond negligence and into the realm of outright, criminal fraud.
Although Pfizer and the other COVID vaccine makers, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna, enjoy limited immunity from lawsuits conferred upon them by the PREP Act, all such immunity is null and void in the event that fraudulent criminal behavior is proven in court.
Dr. Peter Halligan, Chief Science Advisor for the UK Government in Wales, has put the global COVID vaccine death count as of last year at nearly 20 million.
Dr. Halligan’s estimate is roughly in line with that of University of Ottawa Professor Denis Rancourt, who estimated in September 2023 that at least 17 million people have died worldwide as a direct result of the shots. Other estimates of COVID vaccine deaths have been put forth by Columbia University Prof. Spiro Pantazatos, and a team of scientists publishing in the science journal Toxicology Reports.
The opening summary of the charges in “Nature of the Action” states:
- “Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.
- Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.
- Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.
- Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.
- To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.“
Pfizer already holds the dubious distinction of having earned the biggest criminal fine in history in 2009, a $2.3 billion settlement of, according to the US Department of Justice, “a felony violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act for misbranding [the drug] Bextra with the intent to defraud or mislead.”
A short selection of the accusations made in the Kansas State’s Attorney General in the complaint follows:
“Pfizer Chairman and CEO Dr. Bourla’s stock reached the pre-determined price and sold on November 9, 2020, “the same day Pfizer announced that its experimental coronavirus vaccine candidate was found to be more than 90% effective. The company’s stock soared on the news.” Pfizer Chairman and CEO Dr. Bourla made $5.6 million from his November 9, 2020 Pfizer stock sale. An insider-trading expert called the sequence of events involving Pfizer Chairman and CEO Dr. Bourla’s stock sale “very suspicious,” “wholly inappropriate,” and “troubling.”” [“Complaint,” Page 8}
“Pfizer destroyed the vaccine control group, which will conceal critical data relating to the safety and effectiveness of its COVID-19 vaccine…Pfizer kept its COVID-19 vaccine’s true effects hidden by destroying the control group participating in its vaccine trial.” [“Complaint,” Page 14}
“Pfizer excluded unhealthy individuals from its COVID-19 vaccine trials. For example, Pfizer excluded from its COVID-19 vaccine trials any individual who had been diagnosed with COVID-19. Pfizer excluded from its COVID-19 vaccine trials any immunocompromised individual. Pfizer excluded from its COVID-19 vaccine trials any woman who was pregnant or breastfeeding….Pfizer’s representations that its COVID-19 vaccine did not have any safety concerns failed to disclose the material facts that it had only been tested on healthy individuals. Pfizer did not have data to support representations that its vaccine was safe for the general population…” [“Complaint,” Page 19}
“in “Important Safety Information” in its press release, Pfizer noted that “immunocompromised persons, including individuals receiving immunosuppressant therapy, may have a diminished immune response to the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.” Because it excluded immunocompromised individuals from its COVID-19 vaccine
trials, Pfizer did not have a reasonable basis to make representations about the possible effect its COVID-19 vaccine would have on immunocompromised individuals.” [“Complaint,” Page 19} [Corona News Editor remark: In other words Pfizer completely made something up out of thin air. Blatant fraud.]
“As of February 28, 2021, Pfizer’s database contained 1,223 fatalities after taking Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, although Pfizer did not make causality findings. Pfizer was receiving so many adverse event reports that it had to hire 600 additional full-time staff and expected to hire more than 1,800 additional resources by June 2021.” [“Complaint,” Page 23}
“According to Pfizer’s February 18, 2021 press release, Pfizer sought to study approximately 4,000 healthy pregnant women. Pfizer and BioNTech Commence Global Clinical Trial to Evaluate COVID-19 Vaccine in Pregnant Women, Feb. 18, 2021. However, Pfizer only enrolled a fraction of this amount (683) in its study…Pfizer destroyed the placebo control group during the study, preventing Pfizer from evaluating differences in safety and efficacy between vaccinated

“On January 18, 2023, when asked whether the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine caused strokes or myocarditis, Pfizer Chairman and CEO Dr. Bourla said, “We constantly review and analyze the data. We’ve seen not a single [safety] signal although we have distributed billions of

“a CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices work

“Pfizer should not have represented that the booster was “safe” for 65- to 85-yearolds after only testing 12 trial participants in that age range. ” [“Complaint,” Page 35}
“Despite admissions by Pfizer Chairman and CEO Dr. Bourla and Board Member Dr. Scott Gottlieb that Pfizer did not know if its vaccine prevented transmission, Pfizer Chairman and CEO Dr. Bourla warned Kansans on multiple occasions that not receiving a COVID-19 vaccine would affect the lives of those around them, thus implying that Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine prevented transmission.” [“Complaint,” Page 35}
The idea that “stopping the spread” was one of the best reasons to get the COVID shot was at the heart of bitterness during the vaccine roll-out, as refusers were blamed for being selfish. Now it turns out Pfizer did not even test for stopping transmission, but strongly and repeatedly implied that it did.

The mainstream UK Telegraph has published a report on a study in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) under the headline “Covid vaccines may have helped fuel rise in excess deaths.” The article marks the first time that any major newspaper or news network has acknowledged the possibility of the vaccines being anything but “safe and effective.”

In 2022 a former chairman of the Council of Europe Health Committee, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, and a former Chief Science Officer (CSO) and Vice President for Pfizer, Dr. Mike Yeadon, said there is an unusual pattern in the data from the CDC’s own Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) which resembled the “calibration of a killing weapon.”
