Head of the Syrian National Coalition, Ahmed al-Jarba, said that they would not go to Geneva II unless the conditions proposed by the revolution are accepted and the Coalition are held with authority in Syria.
In a speech read by Nasser al-Hariri in Horan Conference in Istanbul, Al-Jarba refuted the lies that they are going to the conference to strengthen their weak stance.
“The battle with the chemical regime and its supporters is continuous as long as the regime does not meet the demands of the revolution,” he said.
He continued: “I swear to God and promise the martyrs that we will not stop before all of the Syrian lands are liberated and we see the criminals held accountable and they appear in the courts and prisons that witnessed the torture of the children from Daraa.”
He noted that demonstrations in Syria are still taking place, but the world does not see or hear about them.
Meanwhile, head of the interim Syrian government, which was formed by the opposition Ahmed Toma said that the aim of his government is to “build a free human to live in a democratic state that believes in plurality.”
He said that state “gives everyone the chance to express their opinions.”
In his speech in Istanbul Conference, Toma added: “We want to reinforce a government that serves the people.”
