Days of Palestine, London -More than 200,000 Palestinian refugees had been displaced, 3,000 killed and 1,000 arrested due to the ongoing conflict in Syria.
The Palestinian Return Centre in cooperation with the Task Group for the Sake of Palestinian Refugees in Syria issued a documentation report about the suffering of the Palestinian refugees in Syria.
According to the report, more than 200,000 Palestinian refugees had been displaced since the start of the conflict in 2001.
Part of them crossed the Syrian borders to Turkey and remained there, another part crossed to Lebanon and a third part, 71,200, migrated to other Arab or European countries.
The report also said that 3,089 Palestinian refugees had been killed so far, including 1,200 were killed in Al-Yarmouk Refugee Camp alone.
In addition, the report documented the detention and enforced disappearance of more than 1,000 Palestinian refugees by the Syrian regime.
More than two thirds of the refugee camps had been turned into rubble due to the continuous shelling and airstrikes of the Syrian and Russian forces.
Three of the refugee camps are still under strict Syrian siege, where the Palestinian refugees die silently without an eye looking at their plight.
