Syria: Al-Qaeda swallows up the Armed Groups

After the Iraqi side of the Al Qaeda (al-Qaida) network, which has been established by the US administration years ago, docked with the radical al-Nusra Front in Syria, the situation with the jihadists, Islamists and dangerous religious fanatics in both countries is not getting better and the supporters behind the armed militants and jihadists in Syria are facing a difficult situation now.

These Western governments behind the support of these radical groups in Syria, for example, the “Free Syrian Army” (FSA) or the al-Qaeda front of Al-Nusra, have finally recognized that their support for these radicals and jihadists could backfire one day in future. But to be honest, the history of such a support for these kinds of violent and fanatic groups would have already told these European governments, as well as especially the US administration, that such a support can`t be a benefit in terms of their state of security and political agenda for a long time.

Some officials in Washington and the heads of the CIA have to manage the challenge of administrating these bloody conflicts in Syria now and to find a solution that the Al-Nusra monster is not getting bigger and does not receive the arms deliveries by some US allies in the region. Although it is clear that the CIA and other Intelligence services have failed in this management – already since about a year at least.

According to a Syrian newspaper, the “al-Nusra monster” is getting bigger and feels within itself the power to demand privacy and independency. In terms of the mergence between the al-Qaeda (al-Qaida) group in Iraq under the lead of the dangerous Sheikh Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi with the radical militants of the Jabhat al-Nusra Front in Syria, which was declared just a day ago, the situation is finally clear as the blue sky – the Syrian government in Damascus has repeatedly warned about the capitalizing of the radical al-Qaeda terrorist group(s) on the current conflict in Syria and that the dangerous wings of al-Qaeda were already behind explosions, terrorist attacks, suicide bombings and targeted assassinations in Syria.

Thus, the European countries and the US administration have, wilfully or not, supported al-Qaeda again. At least for some time in the last two years and it would not be far-fetched if some of these governments would have known about the fact that they do support jihadists and Islamists, as well as thugs and religious fanatics of al-Qaeda. The situation that the Qatari and Saudi regime support these armed radical wings is no real surprise.

Both Gulf regimes are totalitarian dictatorships without a sense for human rights. Both are key allies of the US administration and both, Qatar and Saudi-Arabia, have a very radical and false imagination of Islam. Not to mention that both Gulf regimes do support terrorism and even acts of terrorism, which is sometimes even covered by the US administration and European governments, although some of these acts were or should have been carried out on American or European soil.

The merger declaration between the Iraqi wing of al-Qaeda and the radical Jabhat Al-Nusra Front in Syria happened two days after the central dangerous leader of al-Qaida, Ayman al-Zawahiri, urged unification of jihad in Syria. Just a day later, the so-called head of al-Nusra in Syria, Abu Mohammed al-Jawalani, pledged allegiance to the al-Qaeda head al-Zawahiri.

According to the already mentioned Syrian newspaper, the West has now only two choices. The West could halt its efforts to lift the weapons embargo on the terrorists in Syria or the Western administrations could officially declare that they do support these armed terrorism and militants in Syria – while the armed thugs, uneducated idiots with weapons, the mercenaries and jihadists from other countries (and even from Europe) will be swallowed up by the religious fanatics of the Al-Nusra Front and the already existing other al-Qaeda groups in Syria.

Meanwhile, the Baath paper said the west has two choices: either to halt their efforts to lift the arm embargo on the rebels, or to declare their backing to terrorists in Syria, adding that the mainstream rebels will be swallowed up by the Nusra fighters.
