THE DISPUTE: A man was threatened with jail time for posting comments about his estranged wife on his personal Facebook page. He can avoid jail time by posting daily apologies for a month.
UNHAPPY: The man says the court ruling violates his freedom of speech. He says he will make the apology to avoid 60 days in jail, but he plans to appeal the ruling.
