Signalman to be charged over Polish train crash that killed 16

According to unofficial sources cited by the TVN24 television news channel,
the man may also have tried to forge official documents detailing the
movements of the two trains before they collided.

recorded in 2010 making a significant but disproportionate contribution to
the EU total of 2,400.
