India has been struck by its second major blackout over the past few days, leaving 670 million people without power.
The power grids, in the northern and eastern parts of the country, which supply electricity to half of Indias 1.2 billion people, collapsed on Tuesday.
The epic blackout has trapped coal miners, left train passengers stranded, and left hospitals with no power amidst the sweltering heat and humidity of Indias summer.
