A search for a missing Brisbane woman who has Down Syndrome has entered its second night, police say.
The search for Jade Briskey, 31, will continue through the night in suburbs around Holland Park, in the city’s south.
She slipped out of her house in Estate Place about 9am (AEST) on Thursday morning when her parents went out for an appointment.
Ms Briskey was sighted again at 7am (AEST) on Friday examining a street sign on Toohey Rd, Tarragindi, and heading north on foot.
Officers say she may appear younger than her age.
Volunteers with police on trail bikes and horses and in helicopter would continue to scour the area on Friday night.
Ms Briskey is described as Caucasian in appearance, 142cm tall, of medium build and has shoulder-length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a red jacket and an aqua baseball cap.
