I find it interesting, however, that the above article implies that with the injection of the quantum dot tattoo – you will be emitting the near-infrared light, not that the infrared light will be emitting onto you. (Yet this is also a possibility, so I’m not dismissing this either.)
So wouldn’t this be implying that we would be marked with a light-emitting technology?
Not to mention that it specifically states that the quantum dot tattoo patch can display different “patterns” (markings), presumably of whatever the manufacturer/company chooses.
And of course, when discussing these topics, we always see the same organizations, over and over, coming up. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the NIH, MIT, WEF…
