FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda

I’m usually not a big fan of industrial-style furniture; it’s a tad too cold and lacking in the softer human touch, but this stylish collection by Denver, Colorado’s Fin Art Co., made with salvaged warehouse wood and metal, combines the best of old-school industrial scrap with exquisite craftsmanship.
According to 3rings, design school buddies Rob McGowan and Ben Olson decided to start Fin Art Co. after realizing that the modern furniture they liked was too pricey. Instead, they found a happy — and more sustainable — middle ground by pairing salvaged wood and metal from warehouses and mines, with modern materials like lacquered MDF.
The result is a refreshing but grounded aesthetic that is quite refined. Take this gorgeous credenza, made from salvaged wood slabs, recycled pallet steel legs, white lacquered MDF and bar key pull tabs.

Then there is this dining table, which is one-of-a-kind, since the recycled wood dates back to the 1800’s:

They don’t make trees like they used to. This wood is old-growth Douglas Fir that once held up a large building, which means rather than being farmed (like nowadays) this was a hundred old tree cut down in the woods in the late 1800′s. Once the building has lived its life and gets torn down these beams end up in a demolition yard where they weather for many years. So, basically this wood has been cooking for 250 years, and that’s where we come in. Find, cut, join, plane, sand, epoxy, spray. Finished with our white wishbone legs for a touch of elegance, it ends up looking like a thick piece of bacon wearing fancy shoes.

Rare to hear bacon analogies for furniture, but it might be apt in this case. This dresser is another happy marriage of old with new, with brightly colored touches inside.

Best of all are these pendant lamps, made with glass slides of geological surveys taken in the 1960s of Texas, Wyoming and Utah. Very unique, tasteful and subtle.
