Russian Moves Compel Uzbekistan to Leave Security Bloc
DefenseNews – Uzbekistan on June 28 formally pulled out of a Russian-led regional security alliance after protesting Moscow’s plans to deploy a rapid reaction force for Central Asia near its borders.
