I will translate: ‘We want to do to Syria what we did to Libya, but Russia and China stand in the way of building another ‘international coalition’ of mass murder and so we will paint them as the villains threatening the lives of Syrians when we are behind the ‘rebels’ (mercenary terrorists) and we are funding and arming them to attack Syrian forces and kill civilians so, when government troops respond, we can say that the Syrian government is ‘killing its own people’.
