FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The blast destroyed the car of the head of People’s Council in Qaisar town in northern Faryab province on Wednesday.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blast as yet.
Two other explosions rocked the southern Helmand Province and northern Kunduz province injuring 20 people, mostly civilians.
The security situation remains fragile in Afghanistan despite the presence of tens of thousands of foreign forces.
