According to IRIB World Service, in a televised interview with IRIB on Saturday night, he noted that the aim of this congress is to scientifically elaborate on Takfiri currents and the avenues for making an exit from the status quo.
He stipulated that identification of Takfiri currents is one of the major concerns of Islamic countries and this congress can mark a turning point in the scientific elaboration of the actual anti-religious identity of these currents. Meanwhile, the Islamic Ummah can also unite for reinforcement of the solidarity and integrity of the Muslim community in the face of enemies of the sacred religion of Islam.
The Congress is convened in the holy city of Qom on November 23-24, 2014.
