Police have found a large marijuana stash and cannabis-growing equipment at a house in the Gold Coast hinterland.
A 33-year-old-man and and a 32-year-old woman have been charged with a range of drug offences after 33.9kg of marijuana was found at the house in Austinville on Friday.
Police say they also found money and hydroponics equipment used to grow cannabis.
The house was raided following an investigation into marijuana distribution on the glitter strip.
The pair have been charged with trafficking dangerous drugs, producing dangerous drugs, possessing equipment connected with producing dangerous drugs and possession of proceeds of crime.
The man was expected to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on Saturday.
The woman has been granted bail and is expected to appear in the same court on August 10.
