(Scroll down for video) Princeton University in New Jersey, is offering free homes to people, so far there were no takers.
Princeton University, has an interesting offer which they hope will be a win win situation for them and for the takers.
The houses are located south of the campus, near Alexander Street. They are no longer in use by the University and are available for the public. The offer comes with a catch. Those who decide to become new homeowners have to haul the house away from the university property.
The structures were previously used as offices for the university but are now in uninhabitable conditions.
If the buildings will not be move, they will be demolished, as construction is scheduled to take place for a new campus, for the development of a train station and retail stores, in the near future.
According to a spokesperson of the university, many of them have shown interest, but no one has made plans to move any of them so far.
