(Scroll down for video) A politician was arrested after several women have seen him masturbating while driving.
The former Vice-Mayor from Tennessee had sexually harassed women in their car while he masturbated in his car all the while driving his car.
The man was blowing his horn and swerving his white van next to the car of a woman while making obscene gestures toward her “trying to get her to lift up her shirt,” Detective Terry Christian said.
The hearings of William Lee Blakely, 30, has begun. The former vice mayor of Mount Carmel, Tennessee is accused of masturbating near the open car window while speeding down the interstate. Blakely was arrested after several women claimed that he had “fondled himself” and tried to get them to lift their shirt.
“This is totally unacceptable behavior from any man, surprisingly, he sexually harassed random women up to age 65, that is very disturbing,” Dorothy Brown, 54, from Mount Carmel, Tennessee told YourJewishNews.com.
The preliminary hearing took place on Thursday when three older women who saw Blakely masturbate in his car testified against him. “He was taking his hand, wetting his mouth, and masturbating. He was driving 90 mph, with his privates out,” witness Deborah Sturgill told the court.
“Each of the three women were in separate cars and do not know each other, but each gave the same story,” Detective Terry Christian said. Christian said his department has received dozens of calls complaining of the conduct of Blakely over the past three or four years.
Blakely faces charges of indecent exposure, reckless endangerment, and attempting to commit aggravated assault.
