Last year, we learned that the animation studio doesn’t land on cinematic gold by chance when Pixar story artist Emma Coats tweeted the company’s golden rules of storytelling.
The list — which you can view in its entirety here — is stealing the Internet’s heart all over again now that Alex Eylar, a.k.a. ICanLegoThat, has Lego-fied the storytelling gems. Eylar has made his presence known on Reddit by dropping into unsuspecting threads to leave Lego interpretations of comments that pique his interest. He’s also created a massive collection of re-imagined scenes from iconic films, like A Clockwork Orange, Inception and The Shining.
Whether you’re a storyteller or not, these nuggets of wisdom also provide great advice for life. After all, aren’t we all striving to be a little more like Woody and Buzz?
