WITH his application for Irish citizenship refused, his work permit for the EEC subsequently and summarily denied and having overstayed a visitor’s visa in the Federal Republic of Germany, Peter Andrew Nolan, head of the alleged business venture Instant BI, is swiftly becoming Europe’s most unwanted.

It all began in the Republic of Eire a few years back when the Loopster decided to start persecuting a group of women because he couldn’t seem to get his own way. We were contacted by several of the targeted women, and on our advice dozens of them subsequently made reports to the An Garda Síochána and relevant Rialtas na hÉireann (Irish Government) ministers to further nobble the psychopath’s application for citizenship.

DISGRUNTLED Australian Peter Andrew Nolan has threatened an ‘act of war’ on the Dail next month unless politicians stop what he describes as a ‘war on fathers’.

Eighty-two TDs from Fine Gael, the Labour Party, Sinn Fein and the technical group were targeted by the chilling email, which is now being investigated by gardai at Pearse Street station.

In it, the father of two cited the example of right-wing extremist Anders Breivik, whose bomb attack and shooting spree in Norway last year left 77 people dead.

Among Breivik’s victims were dozens of young aspiring politicians. In his lengthy rant, Peter Nolan – who previously had an address at Glenageary, Co. Dublin – appears to threaten that he will attack the Dail on September 1.
