Paper.li is an official media partner for the upcoming CulturaDigital.br International Festival taking place Dec 2 – 4 in Rio de Janeiro.
The CulturaDigital festival is a meeting of stakeholders in digital culture; art directors, producers, musicians, activists and organizations whose work all intersect at the juncture of culture, politics and technology.
Last year over 3,500 producers, activists and innovators attended the event. This year’s attendance is expected to far exceed those numbers. The festival packs a powerful and culturally diverse line up of institutions and individuals participating: keynotes from Yochai Benkler, Kenneth Goldsmith, and Michel Bauwens, and labs and workshops highlighting the agents of change in digital culture.
Paper.li will provide the CulturaDigital.br audience fresh news daily embedded on their website, and in celebration of the curator’s behind the festival, Paper.li will hold interviews with keynote speakers and festival curators who have skillfully selected this years projects. You can read these interviews on the Paper.li community blog beginning December 2nd.
Want to participate in the festival but can’t make it to Rio? Join the open call to collaborate and create a poster for the festival. 10 will be picked to print and post around the city of Rio during the event.
