FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The Middle East Monitor (MEMO), the group that invited Salah to a 10-day speaking tour in Britain, said Britain’s Upper Immigration Tribunal has ruled that Salah’s appeal against the British government’s deportation order “succeeds on all grounds.”
While on a speaking tour to highlight the plight of the Palestinians, Salah was arrested at his hotel in London in June last year as Britain’s Home Office claimed a banning order had been placed on him.
The MEMO said that British Home Secretary, Theresa May, who had ordered Salah’s arrest and deportation, “has been misled and under a misapprehension as to the facts.”
“It is understood that the Home Secretary acted initially on an email from the Community Security Trust and started the legal procedure which has resulted in humiliation for the government. Mrs. May’s reliance on pro-Israel Jewish community groups who provided the “evidence” which formed the basis of her case against Sheikh Raed is totally discredited by the judgment,” said the MEMO in a statement.
Furthermore, Director of the MEMO, Daud Abdullah, said Salah’s victory was a milestone in Palestinian people’s efforts to campaign against the injustice they face at home and abroad.
