The incident occurred when a remote controlled bomb hit a military vehicle in Shreen Kothay area near Nowshera district.
The bomb was planted near a bicycle parked on the roadside.
The injured were shifted to a local hospital immediately after the explosion.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
