The militants were killed on Saturday, in separate attacks in Orakzai Agency’s Khadezai and Mamozai. Tens of others were also injured.
The security forces reportedly destroyed four militant hideouts.
Militants and police forces also clashed in Khyber Agency’s Alamgodar area.
On Friday, at least 10 soldiers and 10 militants were also killed in North Waziristan’s Datta Khel.
The Pakistani military has launched a series of offensives against pro-Taliban militants, including the TTP, in the country’s semiautonomous tribal region over the past few years.
Despite the Pakistani government’s operations, the TTP and its associated groups remain holed up across various parts of the country, where they carry out their terrorists attacks.
Over 35,000 Pakistanis have lost their lives in bombings and other militant attacks since 2001, when Islamabad entered into an alliance with the US in Washington’s so-called ‘war on terror.
