New UN Climate Change Treaty Will Force Nations to Buy into Global Warming

The UN has decided to end the debate over what to do about climate change. Leaders from countries across the globe are meeting in Bonn, Germany to decide on the content of a binding agreement that would force the nations of the world to follow the guidelines of the UN on the global climate change issue.

Christiana Figueres, the UN climate chief, stated in a recent conference that greenhouse cuts pledged by countries fall short of the minimum that alarmist scientists claim is needed to avoid the coming effects of global warming.

A new global treaty is championed as the answer to carbon emissions. While scientific data shows that carbon dioxide has nothing to do with the temperature of the earth, climate change alarmists are using this manufactured threat to usher in global treaties to usurp nation’s sovereign right to conduct business, as well as force governments to pay global “carbon tax” as a funding source for development and manufacturing for products the alarmists plan on selling to nations and individuals as a necessity for the coming “global warming age”.

Figueres remarked that “bridging the gap is both technically attainable and economically feasible”. She urges wealthy countries should do more to cut their emissions.

The issue of how to administer their regulations onto developing nations has been heated. The new treaty will mandate by international law that all nations take action to mitigate global warming.

A complete list of regulations and requirements are being decided on while strategizing on how to incrementally implement these rules is being decided upon.

“First and foremost we have to ensure that there is no backtracking on what was agreed in Durban,” said Christian Pilgaard Zinglersen, a Danish official representing the European Union.

The talks at Bonn are being moved to the climate summit in Qatar in the later end of 2012.

A second Kyoto Protocol is being discussed with the extent of the agreement a matter of debate. As the Kyoto Protocol is expiring this year , the European Union is clamping down on China and India’s carbon emissions, claiming that the Kyoto protocol is outdated.

In 1997, the Kyoto protocol was formulated from the UN Rio+20 Earth Summit just five years prior. Technological advancing nations like China and India were left out of the obligated countries to curb emissions outputs.

World leaders backed by the UN are prompting questions about the applicability of the Kyoto protocol as unfair while China moves ahead to become another industrialized super-power.

The alarmist scientists have recommended that the new treaty include the largest carbon dioxide emission countries and “other gases that contribute to global warming”.

The scientists urge centralized governments to plan, invest and enforce measures to mitigate the destruction of natural resources by natural disasters.
Public health management is an imperative as the world’s population growth has exceeded the international communities’ expectations.

There is a call for development and manufacturing of greenhouse safe products; however the allocation of funding toward research for finding a way to mitigate or even stop climate change effects seems to be left out.

The business of climate change is expected to be quite lucrative for those successful at convincing authoritative bodies that these technologies must be purchased by their nation and mandated for use by their citizens.

When the Kyoto Protocol was signed, the US government cited the lack of emission reduction to under developed nations. China and India were among those countries that were exempt from the restrictions of the treaty.

Climate alarmists are spreading the propaganda of potential catastrophic events will come in the near future if their warning are not headed now.

“If you look at the science, we’re spending time we don’t have,” said Tove Ryding, the climate policy coordinator of environmental group Greenpeace.

They are placing pressure on the talks to expedite the negotiations or planet will experience floods, droughts and the continued rising of sea levels.

Recently Klaus–Ekart Puls, physicist and meteorologist, has come out publicly to denounce the science that climate change is based on.

The IPCC claims that their projecting computer models indicate that there will be a 0.2 degrees Celsius warming trend per decade to culminate in 2 to 4 degrees Celsius rise by 2100.

Puls says that this assertion is based on “speculative model projections, so-called scenarios – and not prognoses. Because of climate’s high complexity, reliable prognoses just aren’t possible”.

Puls points out that contrary to the scenario IPCC’s computer models predict, “there hasn’t been any warming since 1998. In fact the IPCC suppliers of data even show a slight cooling”.

A new study proves real world observations tell a very different tale than what the UN IPCC and climate change alarmists would have us believe.

A new study shows that the real world observation is not cooperating with the computer models that were generated by man-made climate change alarmists.

“Our wide sampling of actual 2000 to 2010 changes shows that glacier acceleration across the ice sheet remains far below (the high-end) estimates, suggesting that sea level rise associated with Greenland glacier dynamics remains well below the low-end scenario (of about four to five inches by 2100) at present,” wrote lead researcher Twila Moon and three co-authors. “We don’t have a really good handle on it and we need to have that if we’re going to understand the effects of climate change. We are going to need to continue to look at all of the ice sheet to see how it’s changing, and we are going to need to continue to work on some tough details to understand how individual glaciers change.”

While the planet goes through natural cycles of warming and cooling, the weather and temperatures we are experiencing are normal.

This scientific fact observed by scientists in the field proves that the issue of climate change is not an issue about the climate.

The ultimate goal of the UN is to impose a global tax and then sell approved eco-friendly products that the governments of nations will be mandated to purchase under penalty of international law.
