maisie,
The Supreme Court is the highest court of law in the United States. By design, Supreme Court justices serve long terms in order to allow them to apply the law with only justice in mind, and not electoral or political concerns.
However, recent actions by Justices on the Court have left questions about whether it actually adheres to the highest standards of conduct.
Last month, Justice Samuel Alito traveled at the expense of a top Republican donor on a fishing trip to Alaska. Then, Justice Neil Gorsuch refused to disclose his sale of a vacation property to the head of a powerful law firm. And in April, Democrats raised concerns over Justice Clarence Thomas’ close and long-held relationship with a wealthy right-wing donor.
Tell the Senate: Enact ethics standards for Supreme Court justices.

The Supreme Court handles cases every year that impact millions of lives across the country. Just in the last year, they have handed down decisions on student loan forgiveness, voting rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and abortion.
In order to build trust and transparency within the highest court, justices need to act within an ethics code.
Sign the petition urging the Senate to pass legislation creating ethics standards for the Supreme Court.
Thanks for everything you do.
