- Update: Pacific, Missouri (First reported 07-31-14): A now-former officer was sentenced to five years each on two charges related to theft of drugs in evidence. Roughly twelve drug cases were either thrown out or refused by the prosecutor because of his actions. He was ordered to undergo drug treatment and, if he completes it successfully, he will be freed after 120 days. He will spend the rest of the five years on probation. ow.ly/OkECI
