A North Dakota man who allegedly planned to kidnap one of the Obama’s family members has been arrested in Washington, D.C.
Secret Service agents took Scott Stockert, 49, into custody after receiving a tip that the man was driving to the White House with intentions of kidnapping one of Obama’s dogs. Their dogs, Bo and Sunny are both Portuguese Water Dogs.
A search of Stockert’s car revealed two unregistered firearms- a 12-gauge pump shotgun and pistol grip, and a black bolt action rifle, according to Politico. Officers also discovered over 300 rounds of ammunition, along with a machete and a billy club. He was arrested and charged with illegally carrying a rifle or shotgun outside a home or business.
Stockert claimed that his parents were John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe. This guy is obviously off his rocker.
He also reportedly told authorities that he was on his way to the Capitol to try and get $99 per month health care and announce his intention to run for president.
Then he said that he was JESUS CHRIST! LOL!
“You picked the wrong person to mess with. I will f*** your world up,” he said, according to the police report.
He has been released to a ‘high-intensity’ supervision program and forbidden from being anywhere near the White House or the Capitol, or from possessing any real or imitation weapons.
Unbelievable…
