FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda The latest version of the My School website has gone live, allowing parents and teachers to track the progress of students at almost 10,000 Australian schools over the past four years.
The third major update to the site, which went live at 2pm (AEST) on Friday, includes data from National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) tests, allowing viewers to compare academic improvements by schools with similar student backgrounds.
Information about vocational education and training options for secondary school students would help young people plan ahead for their future, Education Minister Peter Garrett said in a statement on Friday.
New information also includes funding available per student for every school in the country.
Mr Garrett said 17 schools that had taken part in the Literacy and Numeracy National Partnership had achieved significantly better NAPLAN results.
The schools had been previously identified as “red schools” because their NAPLAN scores were well below average.
“None of these schools are now recorded as red,” Mr Garrett said.
Federal and state governments signed up in 2009 to the partnership, which aims to boost literacy and numeracy skills, particularly among primary school students.
In 2010 another 110 schools were identified as red schools.
“These schools were provided with a one-off payment by the Gillard government to support better outcomes for their students,” Mr Garrett said.
“In 2010, only 17 of those schools still identify as red.”
