Four children at the centre of an international custody dispute will be allowed to live with their mother temporarily, a court has ruled.
The Family Court in Brisbane has decided on Friday that the girls should be removed from foster care and returned to their mother until the conclusion of a High Court challenge scheduled to be heard next month.
The girls have been trying to avoid a Family Court order to return to Italy with their father.
