“Because the city is more peaceful now, everybody is running to find a
place to open a business,” he said. “Getting a building is really
hard in Mogadishu these days because there is so much competition for space.”
In March, the national theatre was reopened
after more than 20 years. However less than a month later, a
teenage female suicie bomber killed at least five people blowing
herself up at the theatre.
