A hiker who spent two nights lost in Victoria’s Yarra Ranges has been found.
Police located the 30-year-old Heathmont man at Mount Donna Buang just before 10am (AEST) on Sunday.
He is being assessed by paramedics.
The man’s friend raised the alarm after the hiker, who was on a three-day trek, failed to arrive at the Mount Donna Buang Summit Road car park late Friday.
Police said they found the man safe and well about 2kms north of the car park after an extensive search involving the airwing and officers on trail bikes.
