MISSING Victorian schoolgirl Larni Edwards has been found in South Australia.

The 13-year-old was found in a home in Mount Gambier about 11am, after a member of the public identified them, and she is now in police care, the Herald Sun reports.

Sebastopol man Dean Patrick James, 36, was found at the same address and is expected to be charged later today with a number of offences.

Larni was last seen on the way to the school bus in her home town of Ultima, near Swan Hill, on Tuesday.

Police believe the pair made contact through the internet before her disappearance.
